ROBO FLAGGER

The ROBOFlagger by Wanco is a portable flagging station which removes the traditional human flagger from the roadway while also providing clear and positive guidance to the motorist through the temporary work zone. ROBOFlagger reduces labor cost while limiting liability and exposure to your personnel. ROBOFlagger is also an excellent unit for law enforcement checkpoints. Features and Specifications: * Deployable by single operator in less than 5 minutes. * Heavy-duty tubular steel trailer construction, powder coated paint. * Large locking steel compartment for extra storage. * Left hand gate arm (sits on right side road shoulder). * Variable speed dc motorized gate arm. * Two removable gate arms, one lighted for night / adverse weather conditions & one plain. Each has 6" diagonal reflective tape. * Control ROBOflagger by wireless radio with one-mile range or by direct connect hand held control with 20ft cable. * Operator controlled panic horn with optional strobe light warns workers of emergency situation. * Two 12" LED traffic signals, amber = proceed with caution & red = stop here. * Two rear amber lights give operator status indications. * R10-6 "Stop here on Red" sign (24" x 36") mounts at 5'-8" above ground. * Night light on sign eliminates need for extra lighting devices. * Unit powered by deep cycle batteries and charged by solar panel and on board battery charger. * An "Programming Logic Controller" PLC, allows for ROBOflagger customizing applications. * An "Operator Interface Terminal" OIT, allows for the operator to custom tailor the system to each deployment.
